Aug 30th 2014. On Aug 23rd 2014 Engine 40 headed north for the Schuylkill County Fireman’s Convention held by the Pottsville Fire Department. Engine 40 won 1st Place Best Appearing Engine Out of County 2000 to 2014. Thanks to the members that helped clean the engine. Thank to borough council for allowing us to go and show our pride. A BIG thank you to York County Sta. 68 Fairview for standing by while we were away.
